I have hired Milo Services on several occasions and have been very pleased with Milo's work, ability to communicate, and reasonable prices. We had lots of work done in our old 1800's home by various subcontractors and Milo's was among the very best. I have also used Milo as a general contractor on several larger projects and was completely satisfied with the overall experiences. Milo is personally very skilled at all parts of the construction process (from rough to finish phases). Furthermore, his crew is very good and subcontractors (when needed) are selected very carefully and do quality work.
I think Milo is very talented, very organized, and very honest. These attributes are most important when evaluating a contractor with whom you are considering working. Furthermore, he is very good at listening to and understanding one's renovation needs. This skill, too, is invaluable in the initial phase of planning the scope and cost of the project. I highly recommend Milo services for any renovation project. He is knowledgeable and experienced with everything from full gut job renovations, to additions, to remodels.
On a personal level, Milo is a joy to work with. He is smart, easy to talk to and reason with, and a well-rounded individual. Additionally, he is college educated, which sets him apart from a lot of the competition out there. The ability for a contractor to manage his money and jobs well (from start to finish) is crucial. Many contactors cannot manage their money well and therefore have major problems by the end of the job and are known to "run off". Milo is upstanding and a gem of a contractor. I recommend his services without hesitation.

I am writing this letter of reference for Milo Orsini and more specifically for Milo Services. My wife and I have contracted Milo Services for multiple home improvement needs over the past 4 years. In May of 2002, Milo Services added a 16 x 22 deck to our home. The deck included a bench around the perimeter, sunbursts in the corners, concrete pads to place your feet while sitting on the bench, and 2 openings to access the yard. In addition to the deck, Milo also cleared brush from our side yard and landscaped the entire yard. The project included leveling the yard, adding 2-3 inches of top soil, and planting new grass.
Due to the professionalism and outstanding job in 2002, we contracted Milo Services to finish our 1200 square foot basement in 2005. This project included a drop dry wall ceiling, installation of a stone gas fireplace, full bathroom, an additional bedroom, ceramic tile, wall to wall carpeting, painting and bar area. Milo was courteous, adhered to the time line and completed the task in a timely fashion with excellent workmanship.
Milo Services has also completed numerous, smaller projects for our home. Milo has landscaped our front and side yards, fixed a leaking water pipe that caused damage to our kitchen ceiling and bathroom, and fixed our open foyer banister.
I would highly recommend Milo Services to take care of any home improvement/maintenance that you would need.
