Home Maintenance

Milo Construction Services is proud to announce the launching of our HOME MAINTENANCE PROGRAM (MSHM) this September 2007. The program is designed for Residential Home Owners, Property Managers, Home Associations and Real Estate Firms.   

We will be accepting the first 100 homes/properties and provide these customers with professional services on all construction/maintenance related services.  Milo Constructions Services and affiliates will perform all work requested.  We are not a referral agency that sends leads out for fees, however we do use sub-contractors, which will work with or under the MSHM agreements and provide professional services under the supervision of MSHM authority.   
 

We are very excited and working with our affiliates on the details, services, coverage's and conditions. We want to make sure our customers  receive maximun benifit from our  home maintenance contracting solution. ONE STOP-ONE CALL for all your home needs.

More details will be available shortly.  Please email us or call us and let us know you are interested and want to be on the list for 2007-08 services, we do not believe we will be expanding until 2009.
